The most versatile single-hose electric machine for blasting dry ice with a built-in fully automatic grinder. The machine works from the finest cleaning with micro particles to aggressive blasting in the most demanding applications.
Characteristics
The IC310 S professional dry ice blasting machine is our most powerful device, allowing the widest possible range of cleaning. Thanks to the patented pellet grinding system, microparticles of pellets are created, which you can use to remove dirt from very sensitive surfaces, such as the surface of highly polished molds, pneumatic and electrical distribution, machine control panels, as well as the interior of a car.
With one button on the control panel, you switch the cleaning mode with microparticles of pellets to cleaning with standard 3 mm granules for removing heavier types of dirt. The digital consumption indicator can be set to an accuracy of 1 kg, while you can use the maximum output of the device in the range from 10-100 kg of pellets/hour. with continuous regulation of the working pressure in the range of 1-16 bar.
The IC 310 S, as well as other ICS devices, have a built-in permeation system in the hopper neck as standard, our machines do not freeze. The elaborate pipe and hose system eliminates damage to the pellets during air flow, as well as the precisely designed jet nozzles multiply the speed of the pellet flow before they hit the cleaned area. The ergonomically shaped spray gun is very durable and safe, easy to use. It can be supplemented with LED lighting. IC 310 S comes standard with 7 m. with a jet hose that you can easily extend to the desired length. The all-stainless design of the frame and the casing of the machine predetermine the long service life of the device.
